Are children under 18 years allowed to attend the function?

NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 years are allowed to be exposed to a gaming theme event.

How many tables will I need?
All depends on your size of function & venue but here is a guide line. You can change the number of tables to fit your specific budget or requirements.
10 – 25 guests – 1 to 2 tables
25 – 50 guests – 2 to 3 tables
50 – 75 guests – 3 to 4 tables
75 – 100 guests – 4 to 6 tables
100 – 125 guests – 5 to 7 tables
125 – 150 guests – 6 to 8 tables
150 – 175 guests – 8 to 10 tables
175 – 200 guests – 10 – 12 tables

What is the size of the tables & will it fit into my venue?
All our tables are standard casino sized tables.
Blackjack & Wheel of Fortune +/- 1.7 meters
Roulette & Texas Hold’em +/- 2.2 meters
Dice +/- 2.4 meters

Best placing for the tables in your venue is against a wall or in a corner. Roulette, Dice & Blackjack tables are
standing height. The reason for this is that people can move more freely between the tables & more people
can play at the same time. The Texas Hold’em table requires 10 chairs. (To be supplied by you).

How do the fun gaming tables work?
Guests are provided with personalized ‘funny money’ which they can exchange at any gaming table for
chips. Dealers at the various tables will explain how the games are working. The fun is endless!

Can we win prizes?
The host can arrange for prizes at the end of the evening, but NO PRIZES CAN BE WON BY ANY GUEST AS A RESULT OF ANY GAME PLAYED. This is due to the restrictions placed by the Gambling & Racing Board. Prizes can be awarded to the player playing with the most flair, the best dressed, taking the most chances etc.

We are novice gamblers. Can we still play?
Our friendly professionally trained staff will assist you with the rules of all games. (They might even get you to spin the ball)!
